Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packages expire 3 months from date of purchase.

Payment is due at the time of appointment unless other arrangements have been made.

It is our policy to charge for missed and late arrival appointments at the rate of $90 per session, unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.  Late arrival for a scheduled appointment will be accomodated whenever possible; however, due to the scheduling of other clients, a full or partial colonic session may not be given to the client that has arrived past a scheduled appointment time.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
